Tyler is a former college athlete who played at Metro State University of Denver, competing for one of the top teams in the nation during his junior and senior years. He had the opportunity to play in the Elite 8 and a National Championship.
As a coach, Tyler has accumulated extensive experience, having coached at the Junior College level for 3 years, the NCAA Division II level for 3 years, and at the International Pro B level in Germany for 2 years.
Tyler brings a wealth of knowledge to the youth level, where his passion lies in helping young athletes reach their highest potential, both on the court and in their everyday lives.
Adam Abdat brings a wealth of experience from various facets of the basketball world to The Hoop Factory. His journey began with internships in the basketball operations departments of the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets, where he gained valuable insights into the inner workings of NBA franchises.
At the University of North Florida, Adam served as a Video Coordinator and Special Assistant to the Coaches, further honing his analytical and coaching skills. In addition to his coaching roles, Adam has experience as a sports agent, representing professional basketball players and navigating the complexities of athlete management. His diverse background provides him with a unique perspective on player development, both on and off the court.
Known for his high energy and positive coaching style, Adam excels in pushing athletes beyond their comfort zones while making training sessions both challenging and enjoyable. His comprehensive experience across different levels of basketball makes him an invaluable asset to The Hoop Factory’s mission of developing well-rounded players.
Todd Richardson brings a wealth of experience to The Hoop Factory, rooted in his extensive coaching career at the high school level in Arkansas. As a long-time assistant coach at Harrison High School, Todd played a pivotal role in developing competitive teams and nurturing young talent. His tenure included leading the team to back-to-back appearances in the Arkansas state semifinals in 2013 and 2014.
Known for his deep understanding of the game and ability to connect with players, Todd emphasizes fundamentals, teamwork, and mental toughness. His coaching philosophy aligns perfectly with The Hoop Factory’s mission to develop well-rounded athletes both on and off the court.
An Idaho native, Lincoln played varsity basketball at Rigby High School before heading to Utah State University, where he worked with the Aggies men’s program as a team manager and completed his degree. He coached the freshman team at Ridgeline High School and now serves as the freshman boys’ coach at Morgan High School, the defending 3A state champions. Lincoln brings detailed practice planning, film-study habits, and a calm sideline presence to The Hoop Factory.
